Problem with session saver extension (0.2d) of sorts & download manager tweak extension

When I try to install session saver using the download manager tweak extension under firefox 0.8 & windows xp pro (pre sp-1)

Session saver turns up correctly in the download manager & installs fine (in to profile), I have closed the web browser & re-loaded it so session saver will take effect

odd thing is that download manager keeps the item in download manager with a status of starting despite teh fact it installed fine

any later versions & a web link or any ideas on why this has happened
