Cant install ADblock!

Did you try to install Adblock, or are you having trouble saving the extension? Provide more details of what you have done or trying to do -- I can't read minds.

I have a similar issue. I clicked the installer, and it saves adblock-0.5-dev.xpi to my DL directory. My machine has no idea what to use top open the file. I tried firefox itself, no dice.

Tools > Options > Web Features

Make sure "Allow websites to install software" is enabled.

Then drag the downloaded XPI file onto an open Firefox window.
