I want block all images with the word SEX in part of the name file:

porsex.jpg
freshsex.jpg
sexinall.jpg

How?

Keep in mind that this will also block images like:

cosmeticsexample.jpg
sportsextreme.gif
everyfirefoxuserlovesextensions.png

etc.

I agree with mcm_ham, you should try that extension. Also, just so you know, most porn pictures do NOT have the word sex in them. so using that filter will not do you much good.
