in the game www.gwars.de there is a popup- site and i cant block it. the name is http://singles.smsdate.com.
please help me to push it away...

Which version of Firefox are you using? That popup was blocked automatically for me, by Firefox's internal popup blocker. Try updating to the latest version, 1.0.3.
You could also try adding this to your Adblock filter list:
