Re-installed Adblock; now, won't appear in Tools menu

I'm on a Mac, 10.1.5 OS, using latest Firefox and latest Adblock.

I had de installed adblock because I needed to unblock some content.

Now, I've tried many time and cannot reinstall Adblock.

Have thrown out .jar and other prefs in chrome and firefox.plis

What do I need to do to get Adblock up and running again. It worked once, it should work again!
