I am not sure if this is from adBlock or maybe an extentsion that messes things up, but now and then I see this empty i-frames and when I click adblock on them I get messages like http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=4,0,2,0

It seems to happen with Flash and videos using Windows Media Player, and sometimes when I want to block flash content I get that URL.

Anyone else ever have this problem?

You have Mozilla ActiveX plugin installed, that's causing it. And since you see this for Flash, it will probably run any ActiveX (bug 340852) - so much about security. Suggestions, choose one:

1. Remove ActiveX plugin (simply removing npmozax.dll from your plugins directory will work)
2. Switch off object tabs.
3. Install Adblock Plus 0.7.0.2, it works around this problem.

The problem should still be there for Windows Media - the security policy allows it to run as ActiveX. Not Flash however.
