instead of 2 buttons "OK" and "Cancel" it's much more better to place 2 buttons, called "Block element" (or "Add to block list") and the second button - "Close this window".
When user press 1st button ("add to block list") this window should stayed opened instead of closing (today, if user need to remove 2 dofferent elements he had to open window twice).

P.S. pardon my english

I agree with changing the button names. It's quite annoying to hit "OK" to get rid of the window only to realize that there's some random url on my block list an hour later.

I would like to see a third button added, something like:
[Block] [OK] [Cancel]
This would accompany an "add multiple items" feature. Having to reopen the blockable items window several times on the same page in order to block everything is rather annoying (there are many cases where you can't simply insert some "magic" expression to block everything with one entry). The way it would work is that the blockable items window would stay open until you hit either "ok" or "cancel", and you would add items to the blocklist by selecting them, editing them as needed, then clicking the "block" button.

I second Drahkens suggestion.

Sounds good to me. Very Happy

Edit: Actually, I misread the post and was thinking three buttons for the Add Filter dialog, but filterall could also benefit.

Hmm, 3 buttons sounds like too much.

[Block] [Close] would be better. Granted, you would not be able to undo additions via a Cancel button, but it would still look cleaner.
