It would be nice if you could add comments in the filterlist. Most rules are pretty generic (and obvious) but for some rules it would be nice to be reminded of why you really needed to add them.

That's a good idea.

The way prefs / filters are currently stored doesn't make this feasible. But, when we've moved to rdf-storage, it will be a snap.
