The <object> tag seems to causing a few problems with displaying the entire content of a page. It does not happen to everyone, but it is causes by Adblock. At home i have terrible problems with the extension, and simply deactivated the extension so it would display pages properly. At work however it does work as it should.

Set AdBlock to “Hide ads” instead of “Remove ads” until the AdBlock extension has been updated this. This usually solves the problem.

Firefox doesn't ignore the <object> tag when the page is rendered as XHTML+xml. Maybe it's dependant on that, but then it is still very strange that it does work for some people and for others it doesn't.

And i guess it is browser dependant. Anything Mozilla that can handle the Adblock extension has a chance of failing to open certain pages. It might be OS dependant. I\m not sure of that though. I had problems on it with OSX.

But as i said i had no probs at work. And there i use the same OS.

I removed my post because I was able to reproduce the problem (by blocking "adsense"). Very strange.

The devs are aware of it. Let's hope they can work their magic.

Fixed for our next release. (details on the problem)

edit: It's a Gecko bug that's already been fixed for recent trunk builds.
