Here's the thread that sparked it.

Basically, it causes Adblock to traverse img / obj hierarchies, looking for enclosing "parent-links". If any are found, it checks the link-url and blocks the element if matched. If not, the element is filtered as usual.

There's significant overhead to this for image-intense sites (eg. forums), so it's default-disabled.

hey- is deinstall working for you in the latest firebird nightlies?

also: try right-clicking in the pref's filter-list. then, pop the 'adblock options' menu, and close it. right-click the filter-list again.
.
did the context-menu display properly the second time? -- it's messing up on moz1.3.1, and I'm wondering if it's been fixed in the newer browser-builds.

I can check deinstall for fb soon. I have just been dloading the jar file and replacing it lately. heheh.

And I do see the context menu alignment issue that you described using the test case you gave in that message.

I can also confirm the context-menu problem on Firebird .7 1126 build, adblock d24
