I just installed v0.5 d2 Nightly, build 16, and after I started Mozilla 1.4, I found that my bookmarks were gone. Completely lost them all. I'm not 100% sure that Adblock did it, but they were here up until I installed it.

Grr.

DS:
Are you sure the file is wiped?
.
Don't quit the browser, and run a filesearch for "bookmarks.html" -- if Adblock did anything, it should be sandboxed to browser-display.
.
If they're really gone, try bookmarking a few sites, then deinstall / reinstall Adblock -- see if the behaviour repeats.

Same behavior here (on Firebird). And not only are the bookmarks gone, no Button (Go, Stop, Forward, Back) are clickable. The only solution is to delete the profile folder.

I saw this happen with Firebird since the first release, and with other extensions. I make a weekly backup of my bookmarks now...

I saw this happen [...] with other extensions.

Just in case anyone missed that- it's not Adblock's fault.
