Filter Grouping by Host, with regexp entries for multi-grouping
flags determine white / black -list
- buttons above the group-pane allow one/other/both to be displayed
stored in separate pref-string from globals.
complete entries separated by: \s\s!\s\s.
entry-parts separated by: \s
unspecified flags fall to defaults
The Flags: whitelist, disable, make global, process others
flag syntax: [flag:(false/true)]
[W:whitelist:0/1][D:disable:0/1][M:make-global:0/1][P:process-others:0/1] [string-or-RegExp] [filter filter etc..] ! [next..]

example: "W:0,D:0 /.*powerpage.*/ filter1* filter2* filter3* ! W:1 /.*apple.*/ store* itunes*"

If you've seen the current filter-string in prefs, then this should make sense. It's the breakdown of how filter-groups might be stored. I'm tossing this out there, in case anyone thinks they see a flaw, or better way.
.
Or even a missed flag.
