Ads like filefront.com, is there a way to remove them?

Hi
Well, IŽd like to know, if there is a way to remove ads, similar to filefront.com, where the ad is not just an element, but the page itself.
Personaly, I doubt it can be achieved, but who knows...?

That type of advertisement cannot be skipped using Adblock.
