When I visit http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20060924/ap_on_re_us/woman_slain , Adblock faithfully crashes, even when disabled (from the right-click menu from the FF status line). Happened regularly today (9/23/06). Of course, disabling from the Extensions list works.
I'll post again if it decides not to crash. Thanks! |

Yep, I just visited with my current configuration and didn't get a crash. Dang. I'll still try to tweak things if I find another site that crashes me. Thanks for the prompt response!
It'd be nice to have a way to submit URLs that crash or do strange things without cluttering up the forums. Thanks again. |

I'll give it a shot. If it works, this probably belongs in a FAQ somewhere, or in a sticky post.
Thanks! |

Yes, this issue definitely should get some attention, my guess is that this is a top crasher for Firefox. Since there is little hope that Yahoo will fix the issue, Adblock Plus 0.7.2 will show a warning with a link to this article if it finds nsYState.dll installed. _________________ Adblock Plus developer
