No, Adblock only has access to the URL of an element before the page is loaded.

Bannerblind.
RIP (remove it permanently) can also do it.

It's possible through pasting some CSS in your UserContent.css file.

Sorry, I thought the desired ability was to block images based on file size (kb) with the idea of loading pages faster. But do you mean by dimensions with the idea of improving page layout?

What my comment was referring to was that if you want to block content before it is downloaded then the only thing Adblock can check is it's URL. After the content has been downloaded then Adblock can check anything and make it invisible if blocked.

It's possible to get the image's dimensions without downloading it (or at least without downloading more than a couple bytes). I've useed bannerblind in the past, and it doesn't wait for the image to be downloaded and then hide it (the way RIP does), it blocks the image from being downloaded at all. Now, if you start to load an image and then immediaitely right click it and choose properties, you'll see it's dimensions listed even though the image itself might not have been loaded enough to become visible yet. This is most likely the key to how bannerblind gets the dimensions of the image in order to block it, it downloads the first few bytes of the image, just enough to get the image's dimensions.
