Hi,

I am developing an application that uses an APPLET with JSObject. After installing Adblock, Firebird will crash whenever a page contains an applet that use JSOject. Removing/Disabling adblock resovles the problem.

Environment:

Firebird V0.7, Windows XP, JDK 1.4.1_02

Best Regards,
PC

I am afraid I can't provide a sample site or code as this is a commercial project. However, it is basically this line in the init() method of the applet that is causing the Adblock grieves:

m_Win = JSObject.getWindow(this);

Very interesting -- it sounds like the Java-handler bug isn't limited to IO-streams. Since the cause lies deeper than Adblock, I can't offer much assistance.
.
After reading that thread, you might want to file a report with bugzilla.
