Unfortunately there isn't. But just go to the "start menu" and "run..." and type:
notepad c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

There are issues using the window object under Fx 1.0.7 and earlier that can cause that. However, it seems to have been fixed in Fx 1.5 so I suggest trying that version.
