I almost think this is a bug, rather than a fantasy feature..

I had one window open with several tabs active. I didn't want to dump them but wanted to view another session.

fantasy behavior:

offer option to save as new or as existing.
if existing is selected, then a list of existing sessions is offered to se ...

what is the method used to copy the sessions data and transfer it to another computer?

copy prefs.js? looks like it might have too much data, perhaps some machine specific?

when changing to a different saved session, it would be nice to have an optional query for, Do you want to:

1] "Append new session to the existing session?"
2] "Save the exis ...

When viewing the Simple settings panel, why have a button for "Simple" mode? you are already there. The function of the buttons works as expected as is. It just that they are labeled wrong.

maybe this function could/should be integrated with seamonkey/firefox and bookmarks.

Perhaps each toolbar bookmark folder could have a favorite selection of links saves as a session for that folder ...

an "undo" option, to revert to the prior session state when the behavior of selecting a new saved session is unexpected.
